The Micro-Stealth is the most innovative pickup for archtop jazz guitar in decades. Engineered for a warm, clean and flattering "Jazz" sound. Uses custom-manufactured low-intensity magnets and real hardwood spacers to achieve a vintage tone with a modern "bite," strong attack, and three-dimensional sounding overtones. The standard version is 6.5 mm thick and quickly and easily mounts in seconds with included putty and a 1/4" female jack which attaches to your endpin. Please note: appearance may vary slightly from stock photos — some pickups have a small logo on the front. If you prefer no logo, just let me know.


The Micro-Stealth PAF Humbucker is a favorite of custom modern builders and is now featured on select archtops by Emerald and Fibonacci and a growing list of custom builders. The PAF is an excellent higher-output alternative to traditional Kent Armstrong–style pickups.

Joscho Stephan is the German Gypsy Jazz virtuoso hailed by Acoustic Guitar Magazine as "the future of the Gypsy jazz guitar tradition." His debut album was named CD of the Month by Guitar Player Magazine, and he has toured and recorded with Tommy Emmanuel, Biréli Lagrène, and Stochelo Rosenberg, with performances at Birdland, Lincoln Center, and major Django festivals across Europe and the US. Here he's playing his Emerald Kestrel archtop, which ships standard with the Krivo Micro-Stealth PAF.
Declan McClafferty is an alt-folk singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from County Donegal, Ireland. He's known for his solo work under the moniker Ramper, and as the former frontman and co-founder of the acclaimed Irish alternative-rock band In Their Thousands. Here he's playing his Emerald Kestrel archtop, which ships standard with the Krivo Micro-Stealth PAF.

 Players have been asking me for years to develop a  low-profile Jazz humbucker for “old-school” style archtop guitars which have limited space between the top and strings. The Micro PAF pickup gives players what they have asked for: an adjustable 12-pole PAF style humbucker with a thick warm and punchy  “Jazz” sound, all at an incredible mere 6 mm thickness.

Engineered for a warm, clean and flattering "Jazz" sound, the Micro-Stealth uses custom manufactured low-intensity neodymium magnets and real hardwood spacers to achieve a surprisingly sweet attack with three-dimensional sounding overtones. DC resistance ≈ 8.2Kohms
